Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pictovideo.ai or using PicToVideo AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

PicToVideo AI is a software service that turns user-provided images and prompts into AI-generated images and videos, including photo animation and image editing. Generation time and output quality can vary by model, source image, prompt, and service availability.

The generation interface identifies the concrete AI model and API provider for each available option, including any configured model changes. Fast and Advanced describe service tiers; the displayed model name identifies the underlying technology. Model availability does not imply endorsement by the model developer.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

Our Acceptable Use Policy for AI Content (AUP) is part of these terms and applies to prompts, uploads, generated content, and use of the service. It explicitly prohibits pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content/CSAM, deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement. It also explains content moderation, reporting, enforcement, and appeals.

Real-person face swaps, nudification, and composites showing real people hugging or kissing are prohibited even when every depicted adult consents. We check inputs before generation and review outputs before release. Results awaiting a clear moderation decision remain hidden; rejected output is not displayed and credits charged for that rejected task are returned.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload content you do not have the rights or permission to use.
• Generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, branding, and original site content are owned by us. You retain your rights in content you upload. Subject to these terms and applicable plan limits, you may use generated output, but you are responsible for confirming that your use does not infringe third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
